Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the Altri Florestal site, accessible at https://altriflorestal.pt/ ("Altri Florestal Site").
ALTRI FLORESTAL, S.A., with registered office at Leirosa, 3090-484 Marinha das Ondas, registered with the Commercial Registry under the sole registration and legal entity identification number 500 249 741, with share capital of € 63,150,000.00 ("Altri Florestal"), is the exclusive and legitimate holder of the Altri Florestal Site.
Use of the Altri Florestal Site by users ("User") implies and presupposes full, complete and unreserved knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The User expressly declares that they have the legal capacity necessary and legally required to fully and completely accept, without reservation, these Terms and Conditions.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that Altri Florestal may, at any time, freely and without reservation, amend these Terms and Conditions, and such amendments shall take effect from the date they are made available on the Altri Florestal Site.
If the User does not agree with or accept the Terms and Conditions, they should not continue using the Altri Florestal Site.
The entire content of the Altri Florestal Site is the property of Altri Florestal or companies that are part of the Altri Group (i.e., companies directly or indirectly owned by ALTRI, SGPS, S.A.), including, in particular, texts, data, images, graphics, sounds, audio, videos, designs, illustrations, trademarks, domains, logos, photographs and all other information, functionalities and content contained therein, and is protected under general legal terms and by national and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property protection.
The Altri Group holds all copyright over the content of the Altri Florestal Site, with copyright protection extending to any and all copies or reproductions obtained or developed from its content, regardless of the type, nature, form, content or means of reproduction or copying.
The User acknowledges and accepts that it is expressly prohibited to publish, reproduce, communicate, copy, disseminate, transmit, distribute, use, disclose, modify, sell, assign, publish or make accessible to third parties, by any means, directly or indirectly, partially or totally, whether free of charge or for payment, any of the content of the Altri Florestal Site, for whatever purpose, without the express, prior and written authorisation of Altri Florestal.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that they are not authorised to use the content of the Altri Florestal Site for personal purposes, and that altering the content of the Altri Florestal Site is likewise prohibited, without prejudice to applicable mandatory legal rules.
The User acknowledges and accepts that it is expressly prohibited to condition or interfere with the use of the Altri Florestal Site, by any means, directly or indirectly, partially or totally, as well as to fail to comply with any legal or administrative rule, standard or provision related to or associated with the use of the Altri Florestal Site, and it is also absolutely forbidden to introduce, create, insert, place and transmit or allow access, by any means, directly or indirectly, partially or totally, to any type of virus, worm, trojan horse, script, program, system or file that has or may have the effect of limiting or destroying, wholly or partially, any functionality or content of the Altri Florestal Site.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that they are solely and exclusively responsible for any and all damages or losses, direct or indirect, including consequential damages, loss of profit and non-material damages, caused to themselves, to Altri Florestal, to the Altri Group or to any third party, arising from the User's use of the Altri Florestal Site, and undertakes to pay all compensation, fines, penalties or claims resulting from the User's use of the Altri Florestal Site.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that Altri Florestal does not guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of information that may be sent or transmitted by the User over the Internet, nor does it guarantee that the Altri Florestal Site will operate uninterrupted or that it is free from errors, viruses or other malicious or harmful elements, and further acknowledges that, in such situations, Altri Florestal will not be liable for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, including consequential damages, loss of profit and non-material damages, that may arise for the User as a result.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that access to and use of the Altri Florestal Site are subject, in particular, to failures, anomalies, disconnections, interference and interruptions, which may result, among other things, from breakdowns, overloads or other factors beyond the will or availability of Altri Florestal, and further acknowledges that, in such situations, Altri Florestal will not be liable for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, including consequential damages, loss of profit and non-material damages, that may arise for the User as a result.
The User expressly accepts that Altri Florestal may, at any time, alter, modify, add to or remove any content from the Altri Florestal Site.
The User is solely and exclusively responsible for the use, by themselves or by any authorised third party, of the Altri Florestal Site, and expressly undertakes to fully comply with, respect and observe, without reservation, all applicable legislation, including, in particular, the Copyright and Related Rights Code, the Industrial Property Code and the Computer Crime Law.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that violation of the Terms and Conditions may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that Altri Florestal may, at any time, adopt and implement all measures and steps necessary to safeguard its legitimate rights in the event of total or partial breach, or attempted breach, of any of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, and may, in particular, suspend, limit, restrict or block the User's access to or use of the Altri Florestal Site, without this giving rise to any right to compensation for the User.
The User expressly accepts that Altri Florestal may, at any time and for any reason, limit, restrict, suspend or terminate access to and use of the Altri Florestal Site, without this giving rise to any right to compensation for the User.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that any matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Portuguese law in force, and that, in the event of a dispute regarding the validity, effectiveness, interpretation, integration, application or compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Court of the District of Figueira da Foz shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
